I offer a free 15-minute consultation (on the phone), so you can get a sense of whether we are a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether I will be able to help you.

Cancellation and refund Policy

I require at least 24 hours of notice when you are needing to reschedule a session. If you miss an appointment and/or do not reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the cost of your session.

Services are Non-refundable and Non-transferrable.

I am a licensed couples counseling Missouri therapist to practicing psychotherapy in the state of Missouri. Outside of Missouri she will work with you as a Coach. If you are outside the local area and appear to need conjoint therapeutic services alongside your work together with me, you will be referred to a local clinician. All material discussed is held in the strictest confidence.

I provide HIPAA compliance Online counseling via video. Online sessions are to provide convenience and flexibility to clients, who otherwise are not able to attend session due to transport, weather or time. However, clients with more serious mental illnesses will be referred to attend traditional in-person sessions. This therapist reserves the rights to decline online therapy services if it is not appropriate. This therapist reserves the right to change mode or therapy per her discretion. Please read and sign the detailed disclaimer before signing up for online session.

This therapist reserved the right to refer a client to another provider if she believes it in best interest of client.

· If you book a 45-minute session, and session goes beyond the scheduled (per availability) time, your credit card will be charge for extended time.

· Your session will be forfeited if you are more than 20-minutes late for 45-minute session, 30-minutes for 60-minute session, and 45-minutes late for 90-minute session.

Privacy

* In case of life-threatening circumstances please call 911 or go to the nearest urgent care and emergency services. Average response time is anywhere from 12 hours to 48 hours.
